02. Preliminary Quotation

After the initial requirements are determined, we will provide a preliminary price range for your reference. If the budget permits, we will arrange for further detailed discussions with you.

04. Formal Quotation

We will provide a formal quotation that allows you to confirm the specifications and costs in detail. We will also provide a detailed schedule to ensure that your brand can launch on time and keep you informed of the progress.

05. Deposit Payment

Once the costs are confirmed based on the formal quotation, an invoice will be provided, and the client is required to make an initial deposit payment at this stage.

06. Design development

Refine and finalize the design based on client feedback and input. Ensure that the design effectively communicates the client's brand image and messaging.

07. Client communication

Share the concept designs and final designs with the client and engage in thorough communication and feedback. Understand the client's opinions and requirements and make necessary adjustments and modifications.

08. Client approval

Conduct the final acceptance and approval process with the client, ensuring that the design meets their expectations and requirements. Make any final tweaks or modifications, if needed, and obtain client approval.

09. Final Payment

Upon confirmation of all project deliverables, the final payment is required.

10. Delivery of Final Artwork

The final design deliverables will be provided to the client, including electronic files and printed materials.
